Enrolment Fee
Upon application of a nursery place a £25.00 enrolment fee will be charged. This should be included with your child's registration form.

Settling-In Visits
The nursery offers four hours of trial sessions to all children within two weeks of their start date. Parents may wish to book extra sessions prior to your normal agreed set sessions which can be arranged through the nursery manager. (this is offered should you wish to introduce your child into the nursery setting gradually) A minimum of two sessions per week is recommended.

Reducing Sessions
One full calendar month notice is required if a parent wishes to reduce the sessions for their child(ren).

Increasing Sessions
One full calendar month notice is required if a parent wishes to increase the sessions for their child(ren). In situations where extra sessions are required immediately the nursery may be able accommodate this through booking extra sessions.

Extra Sessions
Extra sessions are subject to availability and must be paid for when booked.

Discounts
If a sibling of an existing child joins the nursery, a discount of 10% is given on the eldest child's fee. The discount only relates to the hours when both children are in attendance.

Holidays
The nursery is open all year round including bank holidays with the exception of two weeks closure at Christmas/new year. (this is included in the annual calculation of fees).

Voucher Payments
Strathearn Nursery accepts all major employer voucher schemes, please contact the nursery for further information.

Nursery Closure
There may be occasions where it will be necessary to close the nursery due to unforeseen circumstances. This will only happen on occasions due to external influences that affect the day to day running of the nursery and do not allow us to meet strict health and safety guidelines, e.g. adverse weather conditions, power failure etc.
